How we do this:

-IRC 2009 Residential Testing
Duct Leakage/ Air Leakage of the Building Envelope
International Residential Code (IRC) 2009
- Comprehensive, stand-alone residential code for one- and two-family dwellings and townhouses using prescriptive provisions
- Available for adoption and use by governmental jurisdictions internationally
- Kept up-to-date through the review of proposed changes submitted by code enforcing officials, industry representatives, design professionals, and other interested parties
Computer Energy Modeling
Computer based home energy modeling is an excellent way to predict the impact of improvements in a new home before the work is done. Knowing the implications of decisions up front facilitates selection from among a wide array of building and energy efficiency options.
